Students enjoy traditional Sudanese lunch at Zico House!

On Sunday August 26th, two Sudanese students cooked traditional Sudanese food and served it to peers and volunteers after classes. They did not forget to organize for special African music that sent good vibes to everyone!

Some of the food was a bit on the spicy side, whereas other dishes were sweet. From Sudanese Mloukhieh, to seasoned fries, to  “Injera” (Ethiopian bread), everyone enjoyed a great gathering with great people.

African dancing tips were shared among the students and volunteers, who joined together for a dance after eating!

At the end of the gathering, Students and volunteers donated some money to the Sudanese students in appreciation for the meals cooked.
